I am committed to supporting women in embodying their instinctual knowing through the continuum of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This rite of passage is a window of time that offers an exponential opportunity for growth and healing within our lineages—past, present, and future. It is also a season of life when an extraordinary amount of nurturing and support is both necessary and appropriate for the well-being of the ‘ohana.
As a doula, I am your companion, ally, and advocate throughout the birthing continuum. I am there to nurture and support you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Together, we will explore what matters most to you as you bring your child into the world, and the ways in which I can best support your vision.
Birth ~ Doula Care
Prenatal Home Visits – These visits give us the chance to get to know each other while building familiarity and trust.
Discussion of Birthing Preferences – Together, we explore your options and preferences, creating clarity and addressing logistics.
Monthly Check-ins – Quick connections via text or phone help us stay in touch and nurture a sense of sisterhood.
Weekly Check-ins (beginning at 36 weeks) – As the birth portal begins to open (eeek!), we enter the collective field of your baby’s birth with presence and care.
Labor & Birth Support – We step into the mystery together as magic unfolds. I can be as hands-on or hands-off as you wish.
Postpartum Home Visits – These visits support you in processing your birth experience and offer a sense of continuity of care.

I offer a free 30min doula chat to discuss your unique birthing journey and needs. This gives us both an opportunity to see if we are a good fit for the intimate experience of bring a child into the world. Please contact me here to schedule a chat.
Booking Doula Services
Booking doula care requires a 25% deposit, which reserves a four-week window around your estimated due date (two weeks before and two weeks after).
Your deposit is fully refundable up until 36 weeks of pregnancy, after that any percentage of a refund will be considered on a case by case basis.
If your baby arrives outside of the reserved window, I will do my best to accommodate your family; however, I may also have other commitments to prioritize during this time.
The remaining balance for services is due at 36 weeks.

All food costs will be the responsibility of the client
Deposits and payments can be made with Cash, Check, Venmo or Credit card, all services are subject to sales tax. Credit cards are subject to a 3.5% credit card fee.
